My Stay :

Hotel Carmencita is a wonderful little family run hote in the heart of Anacapri on the beautiful Isle of Capri .. They have a great location in the heart of Anacapri whereby you can walk to all the best spots within easy walking distance, like; the main square Piazza Vittorio, The Beautiful Church of San Michel, shopping, wonderful restaurants, Gelaterias, and everything you need. Don’t miss a ride up to Mount Solaro on the nearby Chair Lift that will wisk you up to the highest point on Capri, the Peak of Mt Solaro with the most stunning views and panoramas I’ve ever seen in my life.

  Back to the hotel. Hotel has a great vibe and you are made to feel very comfortable by the owners Mario and his son Fabrizio, and staff members like Sangee. They will make great restaurant reccomendations and take care all your need. I suggest taking a nice boat ride around Capri & going into the famed Blue Grotto. Mario or Fabrizio will  book that for, and this excursian is “Not to Be Missed” while on The Isle of Capri .. The Pool was great! Besides  swimming at Faraglioni & Marina Picolo I would take a dip at the hotel pool everyday, which was delightful, with Mt Solaro as a beautiful backdrop for you to view as you enjoy your time in the pool. When you book your hotel room, you can send them an email and they will pick you up at Marina Grande when your Ferry arrives. Or simply call them when you arrive at Marina Grande and Sangee will come down and pick you up and bring back to the lovely Carmencita Hotel where you will have the time of your life. They’ll also drive you down when you’re leaving, and drive you down when you go on your boat ride around Capri. 

    I had a wnderful stay at Carmencita, I reccomend this hotel highly, and I thank Mario, Fabrizzio & Sangee for taking good care of me while I was there. Can’t wait to go back.
